Registration Deadline:  September 13, 2025, 12:00 CDT
  • Warm - Up

    • Gate Assembly 15 minutes before warm-up start (band, guard, battery, front ensemble, props).

    • 10 minute transfer time to warm-up area.

    • 30 minute warm-up time.

    • 5 minute transfer time to performance gate.

    Performance

    • 15 minutes total time (field setup, performance, off the field.

  • Adjudication Panel

    • Individual Music

    • Ensemble Music

    • Music Effect

    • Percussion

    • Visual

    • Visual Effect

    • Color Guard

  • Class Trophies

    • Each group class will be judged and ranked to determine the overall class winner.

    Caption Awards

    • Music Effect

    • Percussion

    • Visual Effect

    • Color Guard

  • Advancement

    • 12 ensembles will perform in finals

    • Each respective class winner will advance to finals (Class I -- Class V)

    • Next 7 higest scoring ensembles regardless of class size will advance

    • The 12 advancing ensembles will be re-sorted by score

      • Lowest scoring ensemble will perform first​

      • Higest scoring ensemble will perform last

  • Meet & Greet

    During the prelims awards ceremony, directors will be able to meet with adjudication panel for an informal gathering where directors and ensemble staff will have the opportunity to receive further insight on their performance.​

    Adjudicator Commentary

    Adjudicator commentary will be available immediately after each ensemble's performance via the CompetitionSuite app.
